1. Are your items authentic?

2. Do I have to pay sales tax?
No, there are no sales taxes on our site.
3. How do I find the item I want to buy?
Find on the home page the category of the item you want to buy (in the category list at the top of the page under the site title), move the mouse to the category name, a list of subcategories will appear. Choose what your item belongs to, and you want to transfer to the product page. You can choose the item you want to purchase here.
4. How can I place an order?
After click the item you are looking for, select the size and fill in quantity, and then click Add to Cart. Review the items in your cart. (Sorry the Enter coupon or discount codes can’t work for our system). When you’re ready, you can click Proceed to Checkout. Choose the checkout method as a guest or registered user (registered customers can access from the page on the right). Click Continue and you will be transferred to the payment page. Please indicate the destination of the product, the payment method and the billing address. Review your order information. You can edit your address and payment information. Select “Process Order” to complete checkout. Don’t forget to keep your order information in a safe place in case you might need to check the status of your order.
5. How do I send my purchased items?
When we have received your payment, we will deal with your order with 24-48 hours to ensure the quality of the products. If something is right, we will ship it within 2 days.
6. How long will the parcel be arrived at your country?
After we ship, Ordinary parcel will be delivery in 5-10 working days throughout the post process. Well, due to unforeseen circumstances, the time will last a little longer. Please do not worry. And we hope you can understand too.
7. How to track my order?

Because after we send the order to the factory to prepare, it is difficult to stop the parcel for you. So we hope you can understand.
10. How can I return the items to your company?
If the quality of the product is not a problem, we can’t accept return it. If there are some goods problems (for example, the stain or the line not cut clearly), we hope you can try to wash it or clean it by alcohol, sometimes it can work. Then we will give our guest adequate compensation. If the size is too small for you, or when you received the product, you find you don’t like it, and so on, we don’t accept this problem. 11. How many payment methods do you accept?

12. How long can I get the customized product?
Since the product is customized, we have to ask the product production for it. So it usually needs about 2-4 days to get the item from factory. We hope you can wait patiently. And once the package is shipped, we will give you the tracking number.
13. Why is the card charged in addition to the price of the product?
We only receive your order price. As we are from different country use different currencies, so extra money may be charged by bank as bank fee. This is a foreign transaction fee, the exchange rate fee. Hope you can understand. If you still have problems, please email us.
