Our refund policy lasts for 7 days. If 7 days have passed since delivery of the product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Contact our customer service at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you with your enquiry.

Please note we do not accept returns on socks and insoles due to health reasons, please make your selections carefully.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund has been approved or denied.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment less 15% of the original payment, within 2-3 business days.

You are not entitled to request a refund if:

1. Your order has not arrived due to factors within your control (such as providing the wrong shipping address).
2. Your order has not arrived due to exceptional circumstances beyond the seller’s control (e.g. not cleared customs, delayed by natural disaster).
3. Other exceptional circumstances beyond our control.
4. You have placed wrong orders and we have shipped your orders.
5. You place wrong orders and don’t want to return the item (Buyer has to pay for the return shipping since they ask for the items to be exchanged, this might happen usually for the item which has variant size, that’s why we always encourage buyer to check our size chart very carefully before placing orders to avoid any different perception of size standard for some countries or manufacturers.)
6. You changed your mind after the orders reached your country and requested a return.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you still haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale and discounted items are considered “Final Sale” and cannot be refunded (Exception: If you receive a delivery containing faulty goods, the wrong size/colour/type or the wrong product, please contact us, and we will do everything possible to correct our mistake.). Returns on sale items, discounted items, or items purchased with a discount code can be exchanged/returned for store credit only.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us for a return authorization number and we will be happy to assist you.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive gift credit for the value of your return. Once we have received your returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the giver had the order shipped to you at a later date, we will issue a refund to the giver and let him know about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you must contact us to obtain your return authorization number and we will be happy to assist you.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you can vary.

If you’re shipping an item over €200, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
