Shipping procedure
1. After you place your order, you will get an order confirmation email, then we will arrange the shipment for you within 24 hours;
2. Then you will receive an email containing your shipment tracking order;
3. Tracking number allows you to track your package and know approximately when you will receive your order;

Return/Exchange
We offer a 7 day return and refund period from the date of receipt. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us for the return shipping address and please do not send the item back to the same shipping address. Our team will check all items received, so you should only send items to our return address.

Your purchase ships brand new. Items you return to us must be in the same new condition as received. All returned items must be in their original condition and deemed to be unworn before they can be accepted for a full refund. Item must be returned in new and unused condition, in manufacturer’s boxes and with all paperwork (including warranties and authenticity cards), parts and accessories (including dustbags) to ensure full credit. NOTHING MUST BE TAPE ON THE BOX. The shoe or handbag box and any other items must be sent back in a corrugated box (like the one it arrived in) to avoid damage. Your return of goods will not be accepted unless sent back in the proper new condition. Returns that are not accepted will be disposed of or reshipped at your expense.

Worn shoes are not replaceable or returnable. If you intend to try on the shoes with your dress, we ask that you wear socks or stockings and only wear them on the carpet. If the shoes are scratched from trying them on during a fitting, we cannot take them back. Shoes must be returned in the same condition they were received. Keep the box the shoes were shipped in. This is the best packaging to use for returns. Shoes that have been dyed are not returnable or exchangeable. We are not responsible for what may happen to returned items during shipping: if we receive them damaged we cannot accept the return.

Once your return has been received by us, we will issue a refund for the cost of the returned items or send you the exchange items.
